2. Cracked Heel Treatment

Like most people who grew up in Southern California, I’ve never been able to shake my affinity for sandals. I wear sandals almost exclusively during the summer, but I often end up struggling with dry, cracked heels because of it.

But my heels have been in much better shape since I started applying my homemade Sleep Salve every night before bed! Not only will it keep your feet softer and more moisturized, it will also help you get more restful sleep too.

3. Air Freshener Spray

When a room is starting to smell a little stale, there’s nothing better than throwing open the windows to let in some fresh air. But that’s not always the most attractive solution during the summer, especially in the heat of the day!

On those occasions, having your own all-natural air freshening spray can be a real lifesaver! Just spritz it around any room to freshen stale air instantly.
