While Pregnant or Breastfeeding

Not safe for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

The only blend in our shop that is safe for topical or aromatic use during pregnancy, when properly diluted, is Freshly Washed. Our single oils — lavender, lemon, and sweet orange — are also considered safe when properly diluted. All other blends contain oils that should be avoided while pregnant and breastfeeding.

Even for oils that are generally considered safe, always consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy, do not use them during your first trimester, and never ingest essential oils.

If you choose to apply oils to your skin, dilute them properly with a carrier oil such as coconut, almond, or olive oil. A 1% dilution is recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (about 2 drops of essential oil in a 10 ml roll-on bottle, filled the rest of the way with carrier oil).

LIFE CHANGING!

I've been living with severe arthritis in my knees, left hip, left shoulder and lower back for nearly 6 years. I had my hip replaced over 4 years ago, but it wasn't as successful as I'd hoped for. I still have pain and even swelling. I've had fluid drained off both knees and numerous steroid injections, which helped. My shoulder was so constantly painful for several years that it kept me awake at night. My orthopedic surgeon suggested I try shoulder massages before
resorting to shoulder replacement surgery. I did, but they were expensive and only offered minimal, short term relief. I've been thru hundreds of Physical Therapy sessions for my knees, hip, and back over the years. Due to the poor results from my hip replacement I'm reluctant to undergo any more surgeries. I've been taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen just to keep my body moving and cut down on the pain, but everything about day to day living just kept getting
harder. I had a long arm quilting business that I had to give up because I couldn't stand there to operate the machine any longer. So that cost me my supplemental income. A friend suggested I try Essential Oils. I don't remember how I learned about Jillee, but I bought the Restore Blend and It's made a dramatic change in my life. My shoulder is pain free. I still don't have good range of motion, but the pain is gone! My knees are still stiff, but the pain is almost totally gone. I'm able to do my own shopping, housework, etc. again.
