Slumber - it works

Every evening when I go to bed, I start up my defuser with warm water and about 10 drops of the Slumber oil. Then I rub the roller filled with Slumber over the bottom of my feet, and put on light bed socks. I also use the roller over my temples and forehead. I am usually asleep in no time.
